Syracuse by bike!

We offer our guests two beautiful vintage bicycles to ride along the Rossana Maiorca cycle path.

This path was opened in 2008 along the ancient railway line that connected the Targia station to Syracuse and extends for 6.56 km.

The route starts from the War Memorial of Italians in Africa.Continuing along the coast you can see two rocks called “the two brothers” where during the summer a solarium is builded and where you can take a bath. Among the main attractions you can visit the Scoglio dei Cappuccini, the ruins of the Santa Panagia Station at the beautiful Tonnara di Santa Panagia, but also the remains of the Dionysian walls and several Greek stone quarries, as well as some bunkers from the Second World War.
